"Last June we bought an old village house in the village of Jimena de la Frontera, in the province of Cádiz. Unfortunately during the winter months we noticed a nasty smell of damp in most rooms in the house and staining from mould on some of the walls. This is apparently quite common in Jimena, especially during the winter months. Thankfully a very good friend and neighbour recommended we get in touch with Terry Pearson at ECOSMOTECH. He had sorted out a much more serious problem at their house last year and they were very pleased with the results. Terry is English and speaks very good Spanish; so he uses local workmen. He is not a 'high pressure' salesman by any means. He explained how the system works, the costs involved and how it would take time for the system to work fully. He then left us to decide if we wanted it or not! His workmen were very professional and spent a few days installing the system, with minimum disruption to us. We thought it would take months to notice the difference, but even after a couple of weeks the house already felt drier and fresher. Terry and his team came back regularly to check on the progress. Three months after the work was done, the smell and staining have gone and we are delighted with the results
