SOME TESTIMONIALS
Steve and Hazel Hunt

As you know, we rarely use the house more than 6 weeks a year and had to sweep the paint off the floor at each visit and also repaint. Since treating the walls with electroosmosis, we haven't had to do either on our next holiday and I would like to thank you for a fantastic job.

Architect no. col. 171 of the Official College of Architects of Almería, domiciled in El Ejido (Almería)  certifies that:

I have carried out various jobs using the electro osmotic waterproofing system, some of them ten years ago, with complete satisfaction.

The solution adopted was simple, economical and did not require expensive or inconvenient works.

Once completed, the installation is invisible and unlike solutions that require thick coatings or false walls that reduce the useful surface.

In older buildings, removing moisture can return the building to its original state, with consequent savings in maintenance.

We bought our old house which was surrounded by a garden. Soon we began to notice damp problems, the paint began to peel off and ugly stains began to appear. We painted every year but to no avail.

Finally we heard about a system called “electro ósmosis”, some of our friends installed the system in their home and were very happy with the results. We decided to try it and since that moment the rising  has disappeared and it has now been 4 years without needing to repaint.

We are completely satisfied with the decision to install and are more than happy to recommend the system.

"If you have tried every possible treatment for your rising damp problem but did not get the desired, long lasting results? Look no further, and contact the guys at Ecosmotech! Forget about using chemical treatments which only work for a limited time and need to be repeated periodically. Ecosmotech uses the electro osmotic solution: this kind of damp proof treatment uses different materials altogether. Instead of chemicals, Ecosmotech will install a mix of copper and titanium wiring within the problem wall. This is used to create a small positive electric charge - harmless to humans - within the wall, which drives moisture back down into the ground. Very effective. Almost one year on since the initial treatment and the problem remains fixed. We couldn't be happier with the results!"

"We had a large leak from our mains salt water filtering system which affected our main entrance gate wall over a long period. Thanks to Jeff and Ecosmotech he identified the problem and rectified it straight away. A couple of months later and the salt in the ground and in the walls had gone, thank you Jeff and we will definitely use him again and refer him to others."

"Dear Mr Pearson, We are very pleased with the service your company provided. After many years of living with damp (and cracked) walls, our house is now 'as dry as a bone'. The walls are now smooth whereas before, the paint was peeling and bubbling, looking very unsightly. We cannot recommend your company highly enough - the work was carried out efficiently & professionally with the minimum of disturbance. I am pleased to confirm the damp problem in the house has been solved. Thank you very much, Kind regards, Peter Thorley."

"Last June we bought an old village house in the village of Jimena de la Frontera, in the province of Cádiz. Unfortunately during the winter months we noticed a nasty smell of damp in most rooms in the house and staining from mould on some of the walls. This is apparently quite common in Jimena, especially during the winter months. Thankfully a very good friend and neighbour recommended we get in touch with Terry Pearson at ECOSMOTECH. He had sorted out a much more serious problem at their house last year and they were very pleased with the results. Terry is English and speaks very good Spanish; so he uses local workmen. He is not a 'high pressure' salesman by any means. He explained how the system works, the costs involved and how it would take time for the system to work fully. He then left us to decide if we wanted it or not! His workmen were very professional and spent a few days installing the system, with minimum disruption to us. We thought it would take months to notice the difference, but even after a couple of weeks the house already felt drier and fresher. Terry and his team came back regularly to check on the progress. Three months after the work was done, the smell and staining have gone and we are delighted with the results
